Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Consigns (consigns.co.uk), operated by Kaizen Web Ltd (Company No. 17007703).
All subscriptions are non-refundable
All sales are final. When you subscribe to a paid plan on Consigns, you agree that no refunds will be issued. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your archive remains available in read-only mode once your paid period expires.
- No partial refunds will be given for unused time remaining in a billing period.
No refunds for downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference in price. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan and cancel mid-year, you retain access until the end of the annual period you have already paid for. No refund will be issued for the remaining months.
Mistaken sign-ups
If you subscribed to a paid plan by mistake, use our contact form within 24 hours of your purchase. We will review your request case by case, but we are not obliged to issue a refund.
