Branding and request form
You can make your collection request form look like part of your business. This guide covers uploading your logo, setting your brand colours, and adding the form to your website. Branding and the website form are on the Pro plan and above.
Uploading your logo
Go to Settings → Branding, choose the logo upload, and pick an image file. A clear logo works best:
- A PNG, JPG, or SVG file
- Wide enough to stay sharp, around 200px or more
- On a transparent background where you can, for PNG and SVG
Once it is uploaded, your logo appears on the collection request form. You can replace it at any time.
Setting your brand colours
On the same Branding page you can set two colours: a primary colour and an accent colour. These are used for the buttons and highlights on your public request form.
As you change the colours, a live preview on the page shows how the request form will look, so you can get it right before you save. Pick colours that match your brand, then save.
How branding appears on the request form
Your collection request form has its own web address for your company. When a customer opens it, they see:
- Your logo at the top of the form
- Your colours on the send button and highlights
- Your company name on the form
This keeps the form familiar for your customers, and every request they send lands on your jobs board as a draft.
Adding the form to your website
Instead of sending customers to a separate web address, you can put the request form straight on your own website. Customers stay on your site, and their requests still arrive in Consigns as draft jobs.
In the app, open the page called Put the request form on your website. It gives you one piece of code to copy. Send that code to whoever looks after your website, and they paste it where the form should appear. There is also a button to copy the form's web address if you would rather just share a link.
Adding the form to your website is available on the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
